PHP’s have become the most corrupt and corruptible of state medical board contractors. What a state medical board cannot do with its hearing process or its administrative law judges, it can easily outsource to a state PHP who can define any physician as addicted or deranged. That deviancy “established” by the PHP gives the medical board unlimited power to act to protect the public health and safety.
Lord Acton didn’t have words that describe this level of corruption.
Reflecting on Lord Acton’s observation that “absolute power corrupts absolutely” the American philosopher Eric Hoffer added that “Those in possession of absolute power can not only prophesy and make their prophecies come true, but they can also lie and make their lies come true.” That is exactly what these asshats did and we need to define and shout exactly who these asshats are and what they did. Why the silence on Dupont? He is the Oz the inbred joker and we need to call his ass.
