If all you have is evidence, facts and the law on your side, it’s not enough against a retaliatory frame up by the Board of Registration in Medicine and it would be a miracle if you are able to get to court.
Despite the FBI’s high priority on public corruption and Medicare/Medicaid fraud, they don’t care and remain silent.
Thanks Doug-agreed. If more of us speak out, I believe, that could all change overnight. But as you know there are barriers and consequences to even this.
Hi Michael, I remember reading in a book by Chomsky that the same thing was achieved in Soviet and capitalist societies – domination and control – by different means. Everything in a capitalist society is shaped by the interests of the dominant class, the dominant 1%, particularly the law and ‘justice’. Phil Stanfield

As Chomsky also said I think it only makes sense to seek out and identify structures of authority, hierarchy, and domination in every aspect of life, and to challenge them; unless a justification for them can be given, they are illegitimate, and should be dismantled, to increase the scope of human freedom.”
