Please don’t forget to sign petition to request Massachusetts State Auditor Suzanne Bump investigate the  Massachusetts Board of Registration in Medicine Physician Health and Compliance Unit under the direction of Attorney Deb Stoller  and their unholy alliance with Physician Health Services, Inc. (PHS).

Accountability requires both the provision of information and consequences.  Those who are able to hold PHS accountable have been provided with information that unquestionably shows PHS is engaging in unethical and criminal activity including forensic fraud and collusion with third parties to commit fraud.  It is necessary that these agencies do their job, provide due diligence, investigate and provide the appropriate consequences to those who engage in misconduct and break the law. Anything less is indicative of complicity.
