If I remain aware that as fellow physicians we are all part of one family, then I am always blessed with a caring heart. This is what the physician and healthcare community lacks. Grand Compassion and Empathy…We are all human BEINGS. Right now we treat each other worse than dogs and any other species. We walk all over weaker physicians because we do not know how to look at another physician with compassion and kind eyes..We are ready to tear the physician apart…destroy his career and life without even a thought that this is also a form of violence. I hope Sharp Memorial Hospital Chief of Medical Staff Dr. Morache and CEO Trisha Khaleghi ( A female SICK RN ) will read this. Dr Morache is a psychiatrist himself by degree, but has zero compassion. You cannot be a physician without compassion. When there is compassion, then there is NO impaired physician. The only way to eradicate “IMPAIRED PHYSICIAN” existence is by cultivating compassion.
