  2. I have formally requested an audit of both the Tx PHP and the TMB with a lengthy explanation of my concerns. I ask viewers to do the same in their state—misuse of funds by favoritism by a state entity, kickbacks, falsification of information including lab info, sending to a single selected lab, etc.
