We are making significant gains. Physician Health Programs Under Fire was published in the June 30, 2016 edition of the British Medical Journal. The BMJ is one of the oldest and most respected medical publications in the wold and the Associate Editor of the BMJ Jeanne Lenzer wrote it. The article speaks for itself and it should be noted that former FSPHP president Warren Pendergast “retired”on the same day this article was published. Please help me so that we can get this exposed.

Reblogged this on Disrupted Physician and commented:
According to State Auditor Beth Woods—the holes in the program “were so big you could drive a truck through them.”

Warren Pendergast retired on the day the article was written. So he doesn’t have to answer any questions. He can still be named and that cozy retirement check garnished . enjoy retirement , you lazy corrupt president. I’m sure he tried impressing people with the title while he was in, but when exposed , he runs .

As FSPHP president he could not provide state auditor Beth Woods with a single valid qualitative criteria or quantitative measurement for ” approving” the “php-approved” facilities at which they use the police power of state to mandate “assessments” under threat of license
